Fender-mounted Motolights require that your bike has a front fender with 5/16" or 8mm socket head cap screws, and the screw heads must be facing out. 

The Motolights are mounted by removing one fender bolt on each side, and replacing it with a Motolight bracket.  We have an extensive fitment chart that we can usually use to determine exactly what hardware you will need based on the year, make, and model of bike that you own. 

Sometimes a bike isn't on our chart (newer models and/or less common bikes), so we may contact you and ask you to take some measurements and/or photos to help us provide the proper hardware.

Slider-mounted Motolights can be used on just about any bike that won't accommodate the Caliper or Fender bracket. 

The Motolights are mounted by installing a stainless steel strap around the fork slider. 

To ensure proper fitment of the MotoLight slider straps, please measure the circumference of the fork slider at the point where you want the lights to mount.  To do this accurately, cut a strip of paper several inches long, and wrap it around the fork.  Mark the point where the edge of the paper overlaps. 

Unwrap the paper and measure from the edge to your mark.  We need this measurement to be accurate to within 1/16" for proper fitment.
